Past Commanders Associations, very like the related Order of Knights Preceptor, were formed to promote the cause of Chivalric Masonry through a dedication of Templar Leadership to its principles, and to further the knowledge of its history, background, customs, usage, and traditions.
IN NEW MEXICO
Our Past Commanders Association meets annually, traditionally on the morning of the Annual Conclave of the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of New Mexico. Membership in the Past Commander’s Association is open to all installed and Past Commanders of Constituent and Subordinate Commanderies of the Grand Encampment of Knights Templar of the United States of America. A petition is submitted accompanied by a one time life membership.
